Going with Andrew from Shipman's Real Estate was an easy decision in the end.

Choosing a Real Estate Agent to sell your house is hard enough at the best of times. Once having made that decision, the journey of listening to obscure acronyms and statements often starts. However after a couple of phone calls with Andrew and meeting him in person we could tell this would not be the case. He spoke in easy to understand language and we didn't feel lost on the journey. Andrew's office isn't an hours drive away, he is right there in town and his knowledge of Kandos, Rylstone and the surrounding areas is quite vast. The strategy he devised to sell our house was perfect for us and gave us a sense of certainty from start to finish. Andrew kept us across what was happening in the marketplace in relation to our house and issues to consider whilst it was on the Market. We did feel that the information we had at hand was always current. Going with a Local who is the Local Real Estate Agent was the right decision.
